COMMON ORDER :
These Criminal Petitions are filed by A-1 to A-3 to quash FIR in Crime No. 970 of 2011 of Kukkatpally Housing Board Police Station, Cyberabad for alleged offences under section 420, 406, 447, 427, 506 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. I have perused the material papers filed along with these criminal petitions. In the same crime, A-4 filed Criminal Petition No. 2469 of 2012 and this court on the submission of learned Public Prosecutor the said criminal petition was dismissed on 17/04/2014 on the ground Investigating Officer referred the case as of civil nature. These two criminal petitions are covered by earlier order dated 17/04/2014.
4. Accordingly, these two criminal petitions are dismissed.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in
these criminal petitions shall stand closed.
