This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR.No. 462 of 2011 on the file of Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural Police Station for the offences under section 447, 427, 290, 506 read with section 34 IPC.

2. This Court directed the petitioners to take notice to first respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and to file proof of service. This matter is listed on 01/4/2014 and again on 11/4/2014 and 25/04/2014. On all these adjournments, advocate for petitioners sought time to file proof of service but till today proof of service is not filed. Today none appeared for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there was no stay, police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which is registered as CC.No.100 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar. Public Prosecutor also furnished a copy of letter dated 04/04/2013 of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar Rural Police Station, informing the Public Prosecutor that charge sheet is filed on 20/3/2013, which is registered as CC.No.100 of 2013.
