ORDER:
Advocate for the petitioner sought time on the ground that there are compromise talks.
Advocate for the respondent represented that there are no such compromise talks and the matter is unnecessarily dragged.
Though the case is posted under the caption of dismissal, no interest is evinced to prosecute the case.
This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.682 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, and the case is at trial stage.
Considering the representation of both the sides, I am not inclined to grant further time and as the petitioner has not evinced any interest, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
