ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.23 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Special Judge for C.B.I. Cases, Visakhapatnam.
The learned Standing Counsel for C.B.I. submitted that the trial in C.C.No.23 of 2011 has already commenced.
In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for C.B.I., no further orders are necessary in this case.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
