ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to set aside the order dated 30-10-1995 in C.C.No.11 of 1995 on the file of the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad.
2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.
3 In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including to file petition to recall N.B.W. issued against him. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
