ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.12 of 2011 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam.
2 Sri M.B. Thimma Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for ACB submitted that a memo is filed before the trial Court for rectification of the mistake.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for ACB, the Criminal Petition is closed. The closure of the petition does not preclude the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
