CRIMINAL PETITION No.7236 of 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C. No.138 of 2012 against the petitioner herein for alleged offence under Sections 420, 468, 120(B) of IPC, on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam.
2. When the matter was listed on 24.07.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, it was directed to be listed to today under the caption “for dismissal’.
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
4. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
5. As a sequel to the disposal of this criminal petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
