HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.3285 OF 2012
ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash Crime No.32 of 2012 of Duggirala Police Station for the alleged offence under Section 3(1) (viii) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor informed that the letter has been received from Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Duggirala Police Station, Guntur District dated 11-6-2014 informing that the matter has been compromised in L.A. on 7-4-2012.
In view of the settlement of the case between the parties in Lok Adalat, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
