This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.37 of 2012 on the file of Halia Police Station (AnamulaMandal), Nalgonda district for an offence under section 366 IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioners. Heard learned Public
Prosecutor.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted as there is no stay, police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet before Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalguda and the same is registered as PRC.No.2 of 2013 for offences under section 342, 366 read with section 109 IPC.
4. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge
sheet, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
