ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash orders in C.R.P.No.64 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court-Cum-Additional District Judge, Guntur, whereunder orders of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in Crl.M.P.No.1254 of 2011 in C.C.No.193 of 2010 were confirmed.
2. S.H.O., Arundalpet, Guntur filed Crl.M.P.No.1254 of 2011 requesting the Court to receive certain documents to be marked through de facto complainant – B.Malleswari and the petition is resisted by the accused. After considering the contention and rival contention of both parties, trial Court dismissed the petition on the ground that it is not permissible to receive documents which are not collected during investigation. Aggrieved by the said order, prosecuting agency preferred revision to the Sessions Judge and Judge, Family Court-Cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur dismissed the revision confirming the trial Court order.
3. None appeared for the petitioner in spite of posting the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’.
4. As seen from the material papers, there are no merits in the criminal petition. Both trial Court and revisional Court rightly disallowed the request of prosecution.
5. For the aforesaid reasons, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
