ORDER:
The petitioners-A1 to A3 filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2012 of P.S. Palavancha Town, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
None appeared for the petitioners-accused.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 07.04.2012 and same is registered as C.C.No.128 of 2012, which is pending trial.
In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
