This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash CC.NO. 607 of 2011 on the file I-Additional Judicial Magistrate
of First Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari district.
2. When notice is ordered for respondents 1 and 2, who are
complainant and A-1 respectively, proof of service is not filed and that there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
3. When the matter is posted under the caption of dismissal to
yesterday, there was no representation and again it is posted to this
day under the same caption. In spite of that no body appeared and no interest is evinced and no proof of service is filed.
4. For the above reasons, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for
non-prosecution.
