ORDER:
This Company Application is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner. This Court, on 21-07-2014 ordered winding up of the respondent company with immediate effect, while directing the petitioner to carry out advertisement of the winding up in two daily newspapers viz., Indian Express (English) and Sakshi (Telugu) of Hyderabad editions and file proof of publication.
Learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo vide USR No.3377 of 2014 stating that the petitioner caused the publication of notice as regards to winding up of the respondent company in the aforesaid newspapers and filed the proof of publication.
In view of the same, the Company Application is closed.
