ORDER:
This petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
This Court, by a detailed order passed today in C.P.No.165 of 2011, ordered the respondent to be wound up. As the petitioner is also
creditor of the respondent, no separate winding up order need be passed. The petitioner is entitled to participate in the liquidation proceedings by making its claim before the Official Liquidator.
The company petition is accordingly closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek reopening of the same, if and when such necessity arises.
