The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This company petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondentcompany for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
Sri P.Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a Memo, wherein it is stated that the parties have entered into Memorandum of Understanding, dated 24.06.2014 (a copy of the MoU is enclosed to the Memo) and that therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the company petition.
In the light of the above Memo and the request of Ms.V.Deepti Anand, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, the company petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the company petition, all the pending interlocutory applications shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
