The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed against common order dated 19-11-2005 in Case No.F2/2468/2005 and F2/3789/2005 passed by the Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District.
The parties on both sides have filed separate Memoranda of Compromise in C.R.P.M.P.Nos.1601 and 1602 of 2014, in the respective Civil Revision Petitions. This Court, by order dated 25-4-2014 referred the Memoranda of to the Joint Collector whose orders are under challenge in the revision petitions for deputing a Revenue Divisional Officer to identify the parties to these revision petitions, obtain photographs of the parties and their letters of consent to the compromise and to submit a report. The Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, has accordingly forwarded the report of the Special Grade Deputy Collector & Revenue Divisional Officer, Malkajgiri Division, wherein he has stated that he has identified the petitioner-President of M/s. Bhavanarishi Co-operative House Building Society, the General Power of Attorney (GPA) holder of respondent
Nos.1 to 8 and the GPA holder of respondent Nos.9 to 16 in both the Revision Petitions; the GPA holder of respondent Nos.17 to 20, the GPA holder of respondent Nos.21 to 24 and the GPA holder of respondent Nos.25 to 27 in C.R.P.No.13/2007. He has also submitted photographs of these persons along with their Aadhar Cards. Sri N. Sridhar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner in both the Revision Petitions, Sri A. Santosh Kumar, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 8 in both the Revision Petitions and respondent Nos.17 to 27 in C.R.P.No.13/2007 and Sri N. Ranga Reddy, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.9 to 16 in both the Revision Petitions, have also signed the Memoranda of Compromise.
In the light of the above facts, the respective Memoranda of Compromise filed in C.R.P.M.P.Nos.1601 and 1602 of 2014 in these two Civil Revision Petitions are taken on file and the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the said Memoranda of Compromise.
The Registry shall incorporate a direction that both the Memoranda of Compromise shall form part of this order.
