The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Company Application is filed for the following reliefs:
(i) to approve the action taken by the Official Liquidator in appointing fifteen Security Guards and one Security Supervisor of M/s National Security Agency No.85, Villivalkam Road, Kalpalayam, Chennai (panel security agency of the Official Liquidator, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad) for 24 hours @ Rs.3,500/- per security guard per month and Rs.5,000/- per Security Supervisor per month with effect from 29.01.2013 for a total amount of Rs.57,500/- per month to protect and safeguard the entire assets of the company (in liquidation) situated at B-39, SIPCOT, Industrial Complex, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvalluru District, Tamilnadu.
(ii) to direct the lead Secured Creditor, viz., State Bank of India, Settipalli Branch, Tirupati, respondent No.1 herein to remit the Watch and Ward salaries to an amount of Rs.57,500/- per month with effect from 29.01.2013 onwards and the same shall be reimbursed to them out of the sale proceeds of the company (in liquidation) on priority basis subject to approval of this Court; and (iii) order that the cost of this application do come out of the assets of the company.
At the hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that in view of orders, dated 30.04.2013 and 24.07.2013, as modified by order, dated 10.03.2014, no further orders need be passed in this Company Application.
In view of the same, the Company Application is closed.
