The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 27.10.2010, in WPMP.No.33883 of 2010 in Writ Petition No.26526 of 2010. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignments), on instructions, submitted that the respondents have not interfered with the petitioner’s possession of the property in any manner and that in the representation, dated 02.11.2013, made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 she has herself complained that on 19.03.2013, the Commissioner of Tirupati Municipal Corporation has got the structure raised by her removed. Sri K.Sankarayya, the learned counsel for the petitioner admitted to this position.
In view of the same, I do not find any reason to proceed with the Contempt Case any further. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed.
