ORDER:
This application is filed seeking direction to the official liquidator to accept the amount quoted by the applicant in respect of the property mentioned under lot No.1 i.e., land admeasuring Ac.75.31 cents together with cashew nut trees, teak trees, mango trees, eucalyptus trees, etc., situated in Sy.No.95, 96/2, 96/3, 99, 100, 101/2, 102, 113 of Sankaram Village, Madugula Mandal, Visakhapatnam District which are subject properties of C.P.No.96 of 2006.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has not been declared as highest bidder. As such, the cause in the application no longer survives and the application has become infructuous.
In view of the same, the company application is dismissed as infructuous.
