(in liquidation) either as a consolidated lot or by dividing them into lot Nos.1 and 2 by fixing the Minimum upset price, Earnest Money Deposit and cost of the tender form; that this Court by order, dated 02.04.2014, permitted the Official Liquidator to sell the assets on “as is where is whatever there is basis” by duly publishing the auction sale notice in Eenadu (Telugu daily) and Deccan Chronicle (English daily) newspapers of Hyderabad editions; that in compliance with the said directions, notice of sale was published in both the newspapers referred to above providing for inspection of the property and fixing 31.07.2014 as the last date for filing the tenders; that six persons have inspected the property and only one party by name M/s Sri Lalitha Impex, RTC “X” Roads, Hyderabad, purchased tender form from the office of the Official Liquidator, but it has not filed its tender; that the Official Liquidator filed a copy of Minutes, dated 01.08.2014, recording the above facts; and that he has prayed this Court to take on record the action taken by the Official Liquidator and to permit him to intimate the regular purchasers for further course of action to sell the property of the company (in liquidation) for getting better offers.
