ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 21-9-2011 in W.P.No.24720 of 2011.
Since the Contempt Case is of the year 2012 and the functionaries against whom the Contempt Case is filed do not appear to be continuing to occupy the offices shown in the cause title, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Contempt Case with liberty to file a fresh Contempt Case against the present incumbents after causing a legal notice on them seeking compliance of the above mentioned order and if they do not respondent to such legal notice.
Subject to the liberty given as above, the Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
