JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the award dated 02.01.2012 in W.C.No.53 of 2011 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s/Employees’ Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad.
The A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee has placed before the Court the award dated 23.11.2013 of the Lok Adalat organized by it, which discloses that the parties have entered into a settlement in terms of which the award has been passed by the Lok Adalat.
In view of the settlement of the dispute, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed. As a sequel, interim order dated 24.07.2012 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.Nos.1367 and 1908 of 2012 shall stand disposed of infructuous.
