The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the award dated 06.01.2011 in W.C.No.45 of 2009 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II, Hyderabad.
The A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee has placed before the Court the award dated 12.11.2013 of the Lok Adalat organized by it, which discloses that the parties have entered into a settlement in terms of which the award has been passed by the Lok Adalat.
In view of the settlement of the dispute, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed. As a sequel, interim order dated 11.03.2011, which was further modified on 27.06.2012, is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.Nos.400 of 2011 and 62 of 2012 shall stand disposed of infructuous.
