This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, ‘CPC’), is filed challenging the Common Order, dated 24.04.2014, in Interlocutory Application No.634 of 2013 in Original Suit No.189 of 2013 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants fairly conceded that the appellants are not going to alienate the schedule property during pendency of the suit and the order of the learned Additional District Judge can be continued.
3. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed confirming the impugned Order, dated 24.04.2014, in Interlocutory Application No.634 of 2013 in Original Suit No.189 of 2013 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
