JUDGMENT:
Despite keeping aside the matter till after-noon session, and even at 3.30 P.M., no representation for the appellant.
Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this appeal stand disposed of.
