Today, despite listing the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’, neither the counsel for the appellant is present nor there is any representation on his behalf and it indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
