It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that in compliance with the interim order passed by this Court on 05.09.2013, the respondents have handed over the custody of the child to the appellant and therefore, no further orders are necessary in the appeal.
Accordingly, recording the same, the Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
However, there shall be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the main G.W.O.P.No.499 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of this order.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed.
