The Court made the following order:
ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar)
This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court in WP.No.17903 of 2013 dated 02.07.2013.
2. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the third respondent bank therein i.e. Assistant General Manager of the bank to consider petitioner’s application dated 10.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks.
3. Learned standing counsel for the bank has placed before this Court proceedings of the Assistant General Manager of the bank dated 08.08.2013 wherein request of the petitioner dated 10.06.2013 was considered and the request was answered in the negative.
The proceedings of the bank also appear to have been sent and served on the petitioner by registered post acknowledgement due and a copy of the acknowledgement is also appended.
4. In view of the above, since the order of this Court is complied with nothing further survives for consideration.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
