JUDGMENT: (per RSR, J)

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, against order, dated 02.05.2003, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, in O.P.No.600 of 2000.

Appellant herein filed aforesaid O.P. before the Court below seeking custody of minor children. When the said O.P. was dismissed by the impugned order, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed in 2003.

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was listed for hearing on 05.02.2014, on which date, as there was no representation for the appellant, it was directed to be posted today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.

In that view of the matter, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stand closed.
