When the matter came up on 18.12.2014, it is represented by Ms. J. Madhavi, learned counsel holding for the Advocate on record for the appellants, that the appellants have taken away the papers from them to engage some other Advocate and sought time to get further instructions. Today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the appellants and there is no representation on their behalf.
