JUDGMENT:
This CCCA is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 28.12.2006, in O.S.No.3465 of 2004, on the file of the learned V Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that both the parties amicably settled the dispute and that therefore, the appellants intend to withdraw the appeal. At the hearing, the learned counsel representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, reiterated the said request to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal.
Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the CCCA, interim order, dated 29.06.2007, shall stand vacated and CCCAMP Nos.424/07 & 109/08 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
