ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 03.09.2013 in W.P.No.7198 of 2013.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner placed before the Court a copy of letter No.C/4796/2011 dated 12.06.2014 stated to have been sent by the respondent to his client, a perusal of which shows that the respondent has addressed the said letter to the District Collector, Hyderabad, wherein he has informed the latter that he has conducted spot inspection of the land along with the Inspector of Survey, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad, Inspector of Survey DD(U), Hyderabad, and Mandal Surveyor and that during the inspection, it was found that the subject land falls in T.S.No.10, Block-F and Ward19 of Gudimalkapur Village, and it falls in non-surplus portion. He has further informed that in compliance with the order of this Court, the Special Revenue Inspector of the office of the respondent has removed the signboards, which were earlier erected.
With the removal of the signboards, after conducting spot inspection, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court.
Hence, the contempt case is closed.
