JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 06.03.2013 in O.S.No.29 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal
Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar.
Mr. I. Ramesh, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter dated 12.06.2014 to the Registry, seeking posting of the case for withdrawal of the appeal.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants has reiterated the request for permission for withdrawal of the appeal.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 10.07.2013 is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.1647 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
