The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 01.11.2013, in Writ Petition No.12661 of 2011.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Area) placed before the Court letter in Roc.No.A/362/2013, dated 28.03.2014, of respondent No.2 addressed to him, wherein it is stated that he along with the field staff and the Police force went to the site and removed the board which was erected in Survey No.1/1 of C.Ramapuram Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District, on 28.03.2014.
Sri Kurra Srinivas, the learned counsel for the petitioner, admitted to this position.
In view of the removal of the board, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
