ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply the order, dated 08.09.2011, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24938 of 2011.
Today, it is reported by the learned counsel for the respondents that the orders have since been complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
