ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience to the order dated 04.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.27353 of 2014 in W.P.No.21820 of 2014.
It is stated by both the learned counsel that the interim order granted by this Court in the above said M.P. was modified by the Division Bench of this Court.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
