ORDER:
Though the matter is being listed on 17.09.2014, 09.10.2014, 13.10.2014, 20.10.2014, 27.10.2014 there is no appearance for the petitioner and the matter was posted on 10.11.2014 under the caption for dismissal.
Today i.e., 10.11.2014 when the matter is called in the morning session and afternoon session none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
