ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case. To that effect, he addressed a letter, dated 01.11.2014, to the Registry.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
