O R D E R:
This petition is filed to permit the petitioners/appellants to withdraw A.S.No.762 of 2011 while recording the terms of compromise as per the annexed memorandum of compromise.
We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties.
The appellants as well as the respondents are present before this Court in person and they have been identified by the respective counsel.
Under the circumstances, the compromise entered into between the parties is recorded and the appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of memorandum of compromise dated 11.03.2014.
Consequently the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
