JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 29.04.2010, in O.S.No.12 of 2005, on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati.
Sri T.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 26.06.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) informing that the dispute raised in the appeal has been settled out of the Court and that therefore, the party seeks withdrawal of the appeal. At the hearing, the learned counsel reiterated the said request.
Hence, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal suit, interim order, dated 08.10.2010, shall stand vacated and A.S.M.P.Nos.1952/10 and 2857/11 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
