ORDER:
This company petition is filed for ordering winding up of the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
Mr. Vikram Pooserla, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated
that on receipt of notice from this Court, the respondent has approached the petitioner for settlement and that, accordingly, a settlement was reached. He, therefore, submitted that the petitioner does not intend to pursue this company petition.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the company petition is closed.
