JUDGMENT:
Sri A. Srinivas Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, represented that the matter is compromised and a compromise decree was also passed and, therefore, requested to dismiss the appeal as infructuous.
In view of the said representation, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
