The learned Counsel for the appellantS Sri.V.Venkata Ramana has filed a letter dt. 23.7.2010 stating that the appeal preferred against the Award in L.A.O.P.No. 165 of 1987 of the Subordinate Judge, Rajampet seeking enhancement of compensation need not be adjudicated since the matter has been settled out of court and the appellants addressed a letter to him to withdraw the appeal in view of the fact that the Land Acquisition Officer has deposited a part of the awarded amount. In view of the letter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
