1 Learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo before the Registry seeking permission for withdrawal of the appeal. Similarly, there is another memo filed by the counsel for the Cross-Objectors stating that the Cross objectors are also not interested to pursue the CrossObjections.
2 In view of the said memos, which are placed on record, the appeal as well as the Cross-objections are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
3 Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
