WRIT PETITION No.8041 of 2013
ORDER:
It is submitted that when a similar question has cropped up in W.P.Nos.35929 of 2012 and 4436 of 2013 my learned brother Justice Noushad Ali directed the Managing Director of the Corporation to take a decision preferably within a period of eight weeks with regard to proposals submitted by the Regional Manager for extension of the period of validity of the panel, in which the names of the petitioners herein are also included. It is, therefore, appropriate that the Managing Director of the Corporation shall take necessary decision with reference to the extension of the validity period of the panels, in which the names of the left over candidates whose turn did not measure for appointment on contractual basis as conductors and announce the same within a maximum period of two months from today.
This writ petition is accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
