ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not supplying essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.24, Kappalli, Kurmoi Post, H/o Jaravaripalli, Palamaner Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, respondent No.2 has served a copy of order, dated 12.03.2013, suspending the petitioner’s authorisation. As the premise on which the Writ Petition is filed, namely; that the respondents cannot withhold essential commodities without suspending the petitioner’s authorisation, no longer exists with the suspension of her authorisation, the cause on which the Writ Petition is filed
ceased to exist.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the order suspending her authorisation.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.9151 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
