This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive
relief:
“to issue an appropriate to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the notice dated 18-01-2013 bearing Notice No.GP/MK/2013 issued to the Petitioner by Respondent No.3and served on 04-02-2013 in respect of construction made by the Petitioners in Plot No.7, Survey No.1 Part situated Pokalwada village ad Grampanchayat Manikonda, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal.”
At the hearing, Mr.P.Panduranga Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the petitioner has complied with the direction given by this Court vide interim order, dated 05-02-2013.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.4299 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of.
