On 27-02-2013, when this case came up for admission, this Court viewed with seriousness the conduct of respondent No.4 in passing the impugned order ignoring the judgment of this Court in Raavi Satish v. State of Andhra Prades h^[1] . The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has taken time to advise respondent No.4 for taking corrective steps. Today, at the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that respondent No.4 will reconsider his decision and receive the documents for registration in accordance with the judgment of this Court in Raavi Satish (supra).

This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to initiate contempt proceedings in the event respondent No.4 does not do the needful as assured by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition,

W.P.M.P. No.7213 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief

stands disposed of as infructuous.
