This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not disposing the case in D.Dis.B2/2774/2006 as per the directions of the Joint Collector, Chittoor.”

At the hearing, Sri K. Ramamohan-Mahadeva, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper and correct pleadings.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of main petition as withdrawn, WPMP No.47787 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
