ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that though respondent No.3 has issued direction by way of a memo as far back as 22.05.2012 to the Mandal Surveyor to survey and demarcate the petitioner’s land admeasuring 0.13 cents in Sy.No.347/4-B2 of Atmakur village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, no further steps have been taken and that respondent No.2 has not even responded to the petitioner’s legal notice dated 15.03.2013.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana Area), on instructions, submitted that the Mandal Surveyor could not complete the survey in the absence of proper subdivisions and that he has requested the petitioner to submit the relevant documents pertaining to the property for identifying proper sub-divisions and carrying out survey. He has further submitted that as the petitioner failed to respond to the said request, the Mandal Surveyor could not complete the survey. The learned Assistant Government Pleader however conceded that no notice was issued by the Mandal Surveyor to the above-mentioned effect. He has submitted that the Mandal Surveyor will issue an appropriate notice to the petitioner for furnishing the relevant documents and that subject to the petitioner complying with the requirements of the notice, the Mandal Surveyor will complete the survey within two months of such compliance by the petitioner.
The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government
Pleader are placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47459 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
